Across the cove there are a couple of cabins built by a California family who purchased their property in the 70’s. On the opposite end of the island there is a year-round home owned by a Boston family.

The government wharf is located in Little Liscomb, at present it is being upgraded with a contract price of $2.3 million. There is a cement boat launch, power and wench. To join the wharf association the cost is $169.00 per year or you can pay $30.00 per season to launch and haul power boats, etc.
